Description of Services

BEEP BEEP provides F&B consulting services including food cost analysis, supplier benchmarking, menu engineering, and operational efficiency consulting.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data and information you provide to us. Inaccurate data may affect the quality of our analysis and recommendations.

Intellectual Property

All reports, analyses, and materials produced by BEEP BEEP remain the intellectual property of CL2 Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use these materials for your internal business purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

BEEP BEEP provides recommendations based on available data. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our analysis. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are due as outlined in the applicable agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
